first off all i would say the apply is a little short but ok ... i see no enchants on head , shoulder , cloak & legs.
but i raided with you and i know your a fine healer. just to be sure get the enchants.
ive looked at your build and you dont need : Healing focus talent you dont need it in pve since you dont suffer mutch pushbaks,
Body and soul you dont need that to why should you run faster on a boss fight or etc ? and last silent resolve less threat and reduce the chance your spells & .. would be dispelled.
if the tank does his job right you are ok with threat and shouldnt get aggro. so no use putting points in that.
not declining you ... lets wait a couple days if anyone else has to say something about your apply.

I dont mind to respec again and keep in mind that yesterday i put my talents fast to make a raid which never happend.. i will fix it now just in case about the enchants i have on legs but about cloak and head i working on it
